Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Saint Paul, MN seeks motivated individuals to safely perform selective commercial demolition. You will learn to handle debris cleanup, loading, and removal of walls, floors, ceilings, MEP, and concrete using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities include blueprint reading, precise measuring, and working in varying conditions, including overhead and outdoor environments. A flexible schedule and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including night hours.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must have PPE (steel toe boots).
• Must have a working cell phone.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have basic hand tools listed.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be on feet for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and haul debris to dumpster.
• Load debris into dumpster.
• Demolish walls of all kinds.
• Remove flooring and ceiling systems.
• Remove furniture/equipment and MEP.
• Remove concrete and other materials.
• Use scissor lift, scaffolding, and power tools.
• Read blueprints and measure precisely.
• Work overhead, on hands/knees, outdoors, lifting heavy items.

Typical Job Duties include-

• Cleaning up/ hauling debris to dumpster
• Loading dumpster
• Demoing of walls (all kinds)
• Removal of flooring (all kinds)
• Removal of ceiling systems
• Removal of furniture/equipment
• Removal of MEP
• Removal of concrete
• Use of scissor lift
• Use of scaffolding
• Use of demo hammers
• Use of Sawzall
• Use of other misc. power tools
• Use of hand tools
• Reading blueprints
• Precisely measuring
• Working overhead.
• Working on hands/knees
• Working outside.
• lifting/hauling heavy items

Job requirements include-
