Job summary

PL Select seeks a senior insurance leader to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue goals while maintaining a service-first culture in personal lines.

You will own standardized workflows, set KPIs with regional leadership, coach a growing team, oversee onboarding and training, and manage carrier relationships to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• 7+ years’ experience in personal lines.
• Proven ability to provide strong leadership to a growing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
• Client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business practices regionally and enterprise-wide.

• Manage carrier and vendor relationships
• Represent PL Select across service teams and specialty practices
• Maintain accurate system documentation
• Leverage tools and data to support service, compliance, and communication
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance service and support organizational goals

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred
• P&C Insurance License required
• 7 or more years’ experience in personal lines
• Proven ability to provide strong leadership to a growing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization
• Client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage
• Ability to work collaboratively across business practices regionally and enterprise-wide
• Regularly sit, hear, and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally stand and walk
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 poundsClose vision and ability to adjust focus
