Qualifications

• BS + 8 years engineering experience, MS + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years.
• Experience in engineering management, program management, and/or leadership in military contexts.
• Experience as a technical leader in Systems Engineering or related field.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance (NG will sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage software engineers and set objectives for the team.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top engineering talent.
• Provide mentoring, feedback, and performance assessments.
• Lead SEIT activities and ensure program integrity and policy compliance.
• Plan system reviews and coordinate program integration activities.
• Oversee verification, validation, and system configuration management.
• Maintain strong relationships with Chief Engineer and System Architect.
