Job summary

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Technician in Snellville, Georgia. You will travel locally to perform on-site vibration monitoring, install, test, repair, and maintain service equipment, and conduct pre/post-blast inspections of various structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer/technical skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Experience with cameras is a plus; a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and technical skills; strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience or degree in Business, Geology, Earth Science or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience using video and digital cameras.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post-blast inspections of homes, commercial buildings, and other structures.
• Perform on-site and remote seismograph vibration monitoring at mining, quarry, and construction sites.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment; prepare reports.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
