The Segment Risk Specialist works with the Segment Operational Risk Manager in the administration of the corporate risk management program and the business segment(s) to identify key risks and controls and develop and conduct testing of those controls.

Huntington National Bank seeks a candidate with strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to partners across business lines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years in audit, compliance, risk management or operational risk.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Policy/Controls and Process Documentation.
• Perform the risk and control self-assessments.
• Develop, maintain and enhance a proactive operational and regulatory risk program.
• Identify, assess, communicate and implement regulatory issuances.
• Ensure timely completion of testing requirements and remediation of issues.
• Foster a risk awareness culture across the business segments.
