Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Principal Engineer to complete specialized engineering projects within Manufacturing, Product, Process, and Industrial areas. You will lead projects, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that ensure high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8 years of experience, and preferably a PE certification. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $135,000.

Develop suggestions and solutions for such issues.* Implement process improvements and ensure that necessary employees are trained in new procedures.* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products are designed and manufactured according to engineering best practices.* Ensure that all work completed or overseen meets or exceeds the highest professional and company standards.* Perform other duties as assigned.**What You’ll Need (Qualifications):*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
