Your Impact

As the Lead, Process Owner – Reporting & Analysis (Finance) within the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will set the direction for global financial reporting processes. You’ll lead the design, automation, and governance of analytics that support timely, accurate, and strategic financial decision-making across the enterprise.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

• Design and standardize end-to-end global finance reporting processes
• Define and manage financial KPIs, governance models, and dashboards
• Lead reporting automation initiatives and ERP integration efforts
• Translate business needs into meaningful, scalable financial reporting solutions
• Drive alignment across functions to ensure consistent, actionable data insights
• Support change management, documentation, and global process adoption

Prerequisites for Your Succes in This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or finance transformation roles
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
• Proven experience in process ownership, governance, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus

Your Work Environment

• The preferred location for candidates isnear our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near ourregional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
• Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
• The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $126,480-166,005. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
