Job Overview

As Lead, Service Enablement Group (SEG) Process Owner- Supply Chain, Reporting, you will lead the global standardization and enhancement of supply chain processes and reporting. Your work will drive efficiency, visibility, and insight through process design, data analytics, and system integration across Newmont’s global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement standardized, efficient supply chain processes across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
  • Define and track supply chain KPIs and reporting dashboards to ensure performance consistency.
  • Leverage ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for operational insights and automation.
  • Conduct impact analyses, resource planning, and cost-benefit evaluations for supply chain initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance, technical, and operational teams for system integration and continuous improvement.
  • Establish governance routines, process controls, and RACI frameworks to monitor compliance and drive accountability.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; advanced certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain process improvement, reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience translating operational data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
  • English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
Additional Information

Location: Preferred near Denver, Colorado, or other regional/site locations. Remote work considered.

Salary Range: USD $124,000 - 162,750, based on location and experience.
