Your impact

As a Business Analyst in Newmont’s Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will gather and translate business requirements into process improvements and data-driven solutions. Your work will support standardized, efficient operations across functions by aligning technology with strategic needs.

As part of our team, you will

• Collaborate with teams to gather and document business requirements
• Map and assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Prepare testing criteria and support system implementations
• Analyze operational data to generate insights through reports and dashboards
• Assist with change management efforts and smooth process adoption
• Support policy development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or system support
• Experience working in large project environments and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Excel
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and reporting practices
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish desirable
• Ability to translate complex needs into structured solutions

Your work environment

• The preferred location for candidates isnear our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near ourregional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
• Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
• The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760- 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
