Your impact

As a Business Analyst in the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will gather and translate business requirements into process improvements and data-driven solutions. Your work supports standardized, efficient operations by aligning technology with strategic needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams to gather and document business requirements
• Mapping and assessing current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Preparing testing criteria and supporting system implementations
• Analyzing operational data to generate insights through reports and dashboards
• Supporting change management and process adoption
• Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives

Prerequisites for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or system support
• Experience in large project environments and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Excel
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and reporting practices
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish desirable
• Ability to translate complex needs into structured solutions

• Salary range for Colorado-based roles: USD $89,760 - $117,810; may vary elsewhere
