Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Laboratory Technician for our Missouri facility to support seed quality testing under an FTE supervisor. You will perform essential lab tasks, including seed handling, grinding, planting, harvesting, counting, and reagent prep, adapting to seasonal production needs.

The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting 40–50 lbs, with shifts as needed. Training and adherence to safety standards are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment safely.
• Ability to follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipment to generate accurate data.
• Receive and inspect raw materials, order and stock supplies.
• Follow instructions and guidelines to perform tasks effectively.
• Apply standard procedures to ensure quality results.
