Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards across growing and processing of corn and soybean seeds.
• Read and analyze quality results and report to customers according to specifications.
• Learn and maintain proficiency with SAP; support deployment of a warehouse management system.
• Conduct hand sizing and summer probing; resubmit samples to proper labs.
• Work flexible hours; up to 60+ hours during peak processing season.
