Job summary

Beck's Hybrids in Marshall, MO is seeking a Processing Plant Technician to support the processing, treating and packaging of seed. The role reports to the Bagging Lead, Processing Plant Manager or Location Manager to ensure daily operation.

The position requires basic mechanical skills, math ability and completion of Beck’s Fork Lift training. A valid driver’s license and insurable record are also required. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Completion of Beck’s Fork Lift training is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow directives of leadership concerning processing products.
• Operate processing equipment in the plant.
• Operate the seed treater and bagging line.
• Communicate quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Report status of operations and supply needs to management.
• Assist with quality control and seed handling tasks.
• Record bagging information for leadership and managers.
