Beck’s Hybrids in Marshall, MO is seeking a Processing Plant Technician to support seed processing, treating and packaging. You will work under the Bagging Lead and Production Location Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow directives from leadership on processing products.
• Operate processing equipment in the plant.
• Operate the seed treater and the bagging line.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors.
• Report status to leads and managers.
• Assist with quality control and packaging operations.
• Conduct other related duties as assigned.
