Beck’s Hybrids in Carthage, MO is hiring for a full-time role on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM CT). The position involves processing, treating and packaging seed in the corn plant, operating the bagging line and seed treater, and following directives from plant leadership.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to complete forklift training. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
• Must successfully complete Beck’s Fork Lift training.

Responsibilities

• Follow directives from Bagging Lead/Plant Manager and Production Location Manager.
• Operate processing equipment in the plant.
• Operate the seed treater in the plant.
• Operate the bagging line.
• Communicate quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Record bagging information for the supervisors.
• Assist with husking, sorting, drying, discard and shelling operations.
• Assist with seed box washing activities.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
