Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Seed Technician in Oxnard, California. This role involves processing seeds, following quality and safety standards, and collaborating across departments. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with agricultural or manufacturing experience preferred. The salary ranges from $26.79 to $34.31 per hour, with additional benefits including health care and PTO. The position may require shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime as needed. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing and/or Agricultural operations.
• Ability to work according to defined QMS documents with close supervision.
• Ability to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Processing of seed through one of the processing sub departments.
• Following QMS documents and company guidelines.
• Ensure the production and equipment operation process adheres to quality standards.
• Participate and prepare to lead Squad Tier meetings as needed.
