Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic IT knowledge (Excel/Word).
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Ability to work days, nights, rotating shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and use real time data to optimize procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Support plant areas with CIP, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and train seasonal staff and trainees.
• Coordinate field inspections and grower contracts.
• Use SAP for documenting readings, maintenance orders, and production data.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs; follow HSE/QA/QC standards.
• Participate in and potentially lead DDS meetings; allocate resources across shifts.
