Zusammenfassung

Syngenta Seeds is seeking an Account Development Lead to drive growth and strengthen the Golden Harvest dealer network across North Dakota and South Dakota. This high-impact leadership role focuses on influence, strategy, and execution within the district.

You will partner with Golden Harvest Seed Sales Representatives, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, recruit and develop Seed Advisors, and implement best practices for onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales, account development, or relevant commercial experience, preferably within agriculture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results across teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders around a shared vision.

Aufgaben

• Lead dealer network growth by identifying, recruiting, and developing new Golden Harvest advisors.
• Drive recruiting strategy across the district with Seed Sales Representatives to recruit consistently year-round.
• Influence cross-functional teams around recruiting priorities, growth opportunities, and targets.
• Lead onboarding and expansion of new Seed Advisors for long-term success.
• Coordinate with District Manager to set recruiting priorities aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet annual recruiting and retention goals.
• Support contract management and onboarding processes across teams.
