Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation of operational processes within the Manufacturing Excellence function.
• Work with onsite Manufacturing teams to execute key projects and deliverables in the processing of vegetable seeds.
• Complete data validation and SAP reports to support global and regional operations needs.
• Support Quality and HSE functions to drive key programs and targeted metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Cooperate with Crop Specialists, Field Quality, Production Research, or Seed Technology personnel to identify and implement projects to improve reliability, quality, and cost.
• Work with global and regional teams on business initiatives, standardization, and optimization projects.
