Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ (21+ armed) depending on role; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by screening procedures and reporting irregularities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and items in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor access points and maintain orderly entry/exit processes.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns via established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas, loading/distribution areas, and facility perimeter.
