Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Security Officer to join our team on weekend shifts (Sat & Sun 8am-4pm, and 4pm-12am) with potential pick-up during the week. The role focuses on patrolling, monitoring alarms, enforcing policies, and ensuring the safety of people and property.

You will also support reporting, incident documentation, and coordination of access for visitors and staff in a friendly, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing the premises and personnel
• Monitoring surveillance equipment and alarms
• Responding to emergencies or suspicious behavior
• Enforcing company policies and laws
• Controlling and verifying visitor and employee access
• Inspecting buildings and equipment
• Completing reports on observations and incidents
• Guarding valuables and detaining violators if necessary
