Allaire Rehab & Nursing in New Jersey is seeking a Security Officer to join our team. This role focuses on safeguarding residents, staff, and premises through proactive patrols and monitoring. Weekend shifts are available, with additional coverage as needed.

You will enforce facility policies, monitor access, respond to incidents, and document observations while maintaining a friendly, community-driven workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing the premises and personnel
• Monitoring surveillance equipment and alarms
• Responding to emergencies or suspicious behavior
• Enforcing company policies and laws
• Controlling and verifying visitor and employee access
• Inspecting buildings and equipment
• Completing reports on observations and incidents
• Guarding valuables and detaining violators if necessary
