Job summary

Mount Auburn Cemetery is seeking a Security and Visitor Services Representative within the Security Department. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Basic computer skills and ability to write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Patrol cemetery grounds to provide security presence and operate cemetery vehicles and equipment.
• Escort funeral processions to graves in a controlled manner.
• Explain and enforce cemetery rules to visitors with sensitivity.
• Assist with traffic control and conduct interpretive programs and tours.
• Open/close cemetery grounds and ensure secure access.
• Respond to emergencies and write detailed incident reports.
