Job summary

Sonar, based in Austin, TX, is expanding its Information Security team to build trust with a growing customer base. You will work with the CISO and multiple teams to present secure, compliant information to customers and shape security communications across products and services.

You will interact with customers, review contracts, and contribute to security governance while advancing AI-driven workflows to maintain accurate security information systems.

Qualifications

• Unwavering customer obsession with security as a business enabler.
• Solid experience reviewing and redlining security clauses in contracts.
• Excellent communicator able to explain technical needs to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer security inquiries and maintain the Trust Center.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM and InfoSec to translate technical details for customers.
• Review contracts, MSAs, and DPAs; provide security feedback and negotiation support.
• Maintain and improve trust systems; drive capabilities in tooling.
• Develop and refine prompts/workflows using AI to keep security information up to date.
