Tarian is seeking a Security Training Officer to manage the Security Training Program, develop courses, and maintain instructor certifications. You will lead training for NRA Law Enforcement Handgun, TASER, CPI, and other procedures, ensuring all officers are prepared for post duties and client requirements.

The role requires delivering ongoing training, auditing records, and coordinating at multiple sites while upholding Tarian standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• Able to train and supervise security personnel and conduct competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate security training programs for staff.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Conduct monthly and refresher trainings across sites.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and update training checklists and performance criteria.
