Job summary

Qualifications

• Be a United States citizen.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Fluently read, speak, comprehend, and compose coherent written English.
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to conduct training on a rotational basis.
• Physically fit and able to lift 35 pounds.
• Must meet Lautenberg Amendment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs and materials for security topics.
• Conduct classroom lectures and practical exercises.
• Develop training manuals, PPTs, syllabus, and testing materials.
• Apply a systemic approach to ensure learning programs are current and effective.
• Ensure compliance with internal, local, state, and federal mandates and training requirements.
• Travel to conduct training on a rotational basis.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
