Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide security for Unified Government buildings, employees and citizens.
• Check people entering facilities and monitor metal detectors.
• Patrol buildings and respond to active threats.
• Construct professional reports and testify in court when needed.
• Utilize security equipment including fire alarms, computers, panic alarms and elevators.
• Possess ability to use firearms and taser as necessary.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
