Job summary

Glumac is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects in Seattle. This role combines technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
Strong Revit experience and construction document skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovations.
Coordinate ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual system designs across teams.
Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external SMEs.
Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications.
Mentor designers in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual design.
Contribute to quality control and design standards.
Support client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
