Job summary

Bachner Electro USA is seeking a Security Technician/Helper to install and service commercial and industrial electronic security systems, including access control and IP video surveillance. The role involves low-voltage cabling, conduit installation, and supporting network infrastructure.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide training and certifications to build a successful career. This position involves 70% local work and 30% regional travel, with travel accommodations provided.

Qualifications

Experience preferred but not required in security systems or installation.
Willing to learn; training and certifications provided.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Install access control hardware (readers, electric locks, exit devices, door contacts).
Install and mount IP cameras, brackets, housings, and related equipment.
Pull, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling.
Install EMT/IMC and raceway systems.
Install network switches, PoE equipment, cabinets, and supporting infrastructure.
Read blueprints, drawings, and installation plans.
Test and troubleshoot security devices and camera systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Work independently and as part of a team.
