Job summary

Gregg Protection Services in Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Full Time Security Supervisor to lead our on-site security team. You will supervise officers, schedule shifts, train staff, and ensure posts are staffed and uniforms compliant while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Security supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop security staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead onsite security officers during assigned shifts.
• Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel.
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers arrive on time and in proper uniform.
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Complete incident reports, shift reports, and daily activity logs accurately and on time.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with client management and Gregg Protection leadership regarding operational needs.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new security officers when needed.
