Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Cybersecurity/IT-related preferred.
• MBA or Master’s in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in enterprise security operations and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in support of secure service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead security-related support activities within Tier 3 back-end support and engineering operations.
• Support security compliance, reporting, audit response, and operational implementation activities.
• Coordinate efforts related to endpoint protection, permissions, device security, and local security configurations.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to strengthen security posture and align support activities with organizational requirements.
• Support documentation, process improvement, and reporting related to security operations and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to root cause analysis, change management, and technical planning with security considerations.
