Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Security Task Lead to manage contractor personnel supporting DC3 security functions and oversee Security Tasks 13–18. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and SFPC or equivalent credentials, with a focus on governance, risk management, and continuous performance oversight.

As Key Personnel, you will coordinate with Government teams, ensure PWS compliance, and address programmatic and resource constraints while applying best practices to security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the last 10 years managing a security program of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting Security Tasks 13–18.
• Ensure security-related activities are performed in accordance with PWS requirements.
• Facilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.
• Apply industry best practices to track and document security requirements and activities.
• Support continuous Government monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance.
