Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience servicing security systems with advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of security system components and integration.
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for security systems.
• Lead service calls for complex issues and provide expert solutions.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications based on client needs.
• Mentor and assist Service Technician 1 in troubleshooting and service tasks.
• Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance and service efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, system changes, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
