Job summary

Pavion is seeking a skilled Technician to support security systems across customer sites in the United States. You will maintain and service access control and video systems, diagnose issues, and provide timely reports to clients.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 5+ years in the field, and a valid driver license. Certifications in LenelS2 or CCURE9000 are preferred, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• LenelS2 or CCURE9000 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about system condition and upgrades.
• Maintain and test security systems under service contracts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to identify causes and actions.
