Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
• Experience with low-voltage systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel for projects and on-call rotations.
• No felonies or serious misdemeanors.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Security Systems Technician, you’ll install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of low‑voltage security systems, including:

• Security & Burglar Alarm Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Panic, Hold‑Up & Wandering Alarm Systems

Additional responsibilities include

• Installing, programming, testing, and servicing systems
• Troubleshooting wiring and system issues
• Reading diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Ensuring installations meet codes and standardsCommunicating with customers, contractors, and team members
• Participating in a rotating on‑call schedule
• Occasional overnight travel during weekday projects
