Qualifications

3+ years experience in service of access control and CCTV security systems.
Certifications in AMAG preferred.
Strong networking and IT background.
PERC Card (Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card) required.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
Drug test required.

Responsibilities

Perform physical and technical implementation of PASS Security products.
Ensure service tasks are completed to high quality for customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to errors and system defaults to maintain safety and security of customers.
Analyze and diagnose security system failures/defects.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and test security systems and components.
Perform routine maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrades to security systems.
Program, network, and configure software/programs.
