Job summary

Bay Alarm Company in California is seeking a results-driven sales professional to sell new security systems. You will generate leads, meet with prospects, prepare proposals, and drive deals to closure while ensuring customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, though 1-2 years in sales is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a 2-year post-secondary diploma preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening are also required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• 1-2 years experience in sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma from a 2-year post-high school institution preferred.
• Must be a self-starter and have excellent follow up skills.
• Basic knowledge of security systems preferred.
• Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for new sales.
• Meet with prospective customers in order to sell systems.
• Process all appropriate documentation.
• Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Generate proposals.
• All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other job duties as assigned.
