BCM Controls Corporation is seeking a Security Project Manager in Scarborough, ME to lead project teams from planning through turnover. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with cross-functional teams on security systems installations.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience or 5+ years in construction, strong leadership, and expertise in access control, IP video, intercoms, and intrusion systems. A 4-year degree is preferred.

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent construction experience.
• 3–5 years PM experience or 5+ years construction-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of security systems: access control, IP video, intercoms, intrusion.

Mansioni

• Supervise and direct project team across planning, estimatings, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty.
• Provide leadership, vision and direction including performance reviews and development.
• Participate in pre-bid reviews and sales-to-operations turnover meetings.
• Develop project plans ahead of activity with schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate budgeting, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and cost control for project completion.
