Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Asset Protection initiatives across new construction and existing facilities in Atlanta, GA. This role will manage projects from planning through completion, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, risk management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing clear updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Experience in construction, facilities, retail, physical security, technology, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate project status and risks to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve project dependencies and keep initiatives on schedule.
• Support physical security and technology projects, including access control, keys/cores/locks, burglar alarm, CCTV, and related infrastructure.
• Review vendor quotes, coordinate Purchase Orders, and monitor project spending to ensure initiatives remain within budget.
• Attend design, construction, and project update meetings to track progress, identify risks, and communicate required actions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, change logs, issue trackers, and risk registers.
• Develop and deliver regular status reports, scorecards, project reviews, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate alarm monitoring and security system installations for new and existing facilities.
• Partner with vendors and locksmiths to develop key/core layouts and coordinate installation schedules.
• Develop communication plans and materials for Asset Protection initiatives and organizational updates.
• Identify, escalation, and mitigate project risks while advising stakeholders on necessary actions.
• Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.
• Support additional Asset Protection initiatives as assigned.
