Job summary

Siemens Laurel, MD is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple security systems projects across hospitals, universities and industrial facilities in the greater Washington, D.C. area.

You’ll oversee schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and billing, ensuring client satisfaction and timely completion. You’ll lead project technicians, maintain safety compliance, and drive cost efficiency while supporting Siemens Smart Buildings initiatives and professional growth within a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in the commercial security access/CCTV industry.
Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Evaluate project specs, drawings, and documents to plan schedules with the team and key installation timelines.
Oversee procurement, participate in cost reviews, and ensure financial efficiency.
Coordinate subcontractors to align with scope, schedules and safety requirements.
Conduct orientations for project technicians and provide all necessary project documentation.
Track resources and progress; pursue change orders when needed.
Coordinate project-specific billing and close-out documentation with accounting and operations.
