Job summary

Pavion Corp seeks a talented Project Manager to oversee security integration projects across government, healthcare, and enterprise segments. You will lead planning, scheduling, and execution to meet technical standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or related fields.
• CapM or PMP certification preferred; strong client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tools.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to meet technical standards and goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and specs.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog with accurate estimates and near-term dates.
• Coordinate with engineering and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
