Bosch Building Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Technician - Security Systems in Wisconsin. The role involves reviewing blueprints, installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, and ensuring project documentation, safety, and client satisfaction.

The candidate should have 1+ year’s experience in low voltage or security systems, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Technician in Security Systems Integration / Low Voltage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and use hand and specialty tools
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams

Responsibilities

• Install and service commercial electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion)
• Pre-wiring, installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance
• Prepare and execute Acceptance Testing Plans per contract and client needs
• Assist in system design and layout
• Provide customer training and respond to technical inquiries
• Build relationships with clients and prospects for future opportunities
• Maintain project documentation and updates with Project Managers
• Support, lead and mentor team members on site
• Design systems and layouts for installations
• Maintain safety and professionalism on site
• Lead site projects and manage junior technicians as needed

Education

Postsecondary training in electronics
