Job summary

Cento is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator – M&A Integration to lead the integration of acquired sites' physical security systems into the corporate platform from Chicago, on-site. You will own assessments, roadmaps, budgets, and act as the program lead without direct people management responsibilities.

The role requires senior expertise in security systems, IT/network dependencies, and strong stakeholder influence to align multiple teams and vendors across sites.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise in enterprise physical security systems and their IT/network dependencies.
• PM or program leadership with experience running meetings and cross-functional workstreams.
• Confident in meetings and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly with new teams.
• Experience with system migrations, consolidations or M&A integrations is highly desirable.
• Manufacturer certifications on major platforms (Lenel, CURE, Genetec, Milestone) a plus.
• Enterprise, multi-site or global end-user experience preferred; PMP or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of acquired sites' physical security systems into the corporate platform.
• Run site assessments and develop integration roadmaps, timelines and budgets.
• Act as program/project lead – chair meetings, drive actions and keep integrations on track.
• Advise on architecture, standards, migrations and troubleshooting across security systems.
• Build strong relationships with acquired-site teams, IT, Facilities, Security Operations, integrators and vendors.
• Collaborate with IT on network, server and cybersecurity requirements for security systems.
• Document standards, configurations and processes for scalable integrations.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to Director and leadership.
