Job summary

KOORSEN FIRE & SECURITY INC. is seeking a Security Systems Installation Technician in the Indianapolis/Lebanon, IN area to join our team. The role offers full-time employment with hourly pay between $19 and $40, plus a sign-on bonus up to $2500 based on experience.

The position requires 1–3 years of related installation experience, ability to read diagrams and blueprints, and a valid driver's license. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading fire and security

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in installation of security systems, access control, and CCTV.
Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
Pass drug and background screenings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Install security products and systems per drawings.
The installation of security products and systems, including Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and Monitoring.
Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
