Job summary

Securitas Technology is a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions with a global footprint. The installer role focuses on configuring intrusion, fire, CCTV and access control systems, wiring, and on-site coordination with project teams and customers.

The position emphasizes safety, cost awareness, and ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product updates and industry standards. A valid driver’s license and physical ability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing intrusion, fire, CCTV or access control systems (at least 2 of 4).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two video certifications and one access control certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Run electrical wiring in confined spaces, including drilling, trenching, and aerial work.
• Complete system wiring and equipment setup to meet customer and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Team Lead or Project Manager on scheduling and equipment delivery.
• Test and troubleshoot new installations to ensure functionality and code compliance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety and cost guidelines.
• Foster positive customer relationships and support contract retention.
• Handle proprietary information and documentation per company policies.
• Stay current with product and technology updates through ongoing training.
