Job summary

LaForce in Tampa, FL is seeking a Security Integration Field Laborer to install and maintain access control, video surveillance, and intercom systems for commercial clients. You will work hands-on with electro-mechanical security products, ensuring secure and functional installations and representing the company professionally.

The role emphasizes problem solving, reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, and training customers on systems.

Qualifications

• Technical certificates or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and the ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install and program access control systems, CCTV, intercoms, security systems, and electrical hardware with precision.
• Troubleshoot and adjust systems to meet customer needs.
• Safely disassemble and remove electrical products and door hardware.
• Train customers on new and existing systems and software.
• Produce quality results on time and within budget, representing the company professionally.
• Assist with wiring diagrams upon project completion for future reference.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, sales staff, and supervisors.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and respectfully in accordance with company policy.
