Cento is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to install, service, and maintain integrated security systems across hospital campuses and a growing data center portfolio. You will be the on-site technical lead, working with minimal supervision and interfacing directly with clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, fault resolution in 24/7 environments, and travel to client sites within the region. A strong background in Lenel OnGuard and Genetec Security Center is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on installing and servicing enterprise electronic security systems.
• Hands-on Lenel OnGuard and Genetec Security Center experience (required).
• Experience in healthcare and/or data center environments preferred.
• IP networking for security devices (PoE, VLANs, IP addressing).

Responsibilities

• Install, program, commission and maintain Lenel OnGuard and Genetec access control and video systems on client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults to minimize downtime in 24/7 clinical and data center environments.
• Carry out preventive maintenance across access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Pull, terminate and test cabling for new installs and upgrades.
• Document all installation and service activity accurately.
• Travel to client sites across the region as needed.

You'll be the trusted technical lead on site, working with little supervision and representing the business directly to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, program, commission and maintain Lenel OnGuard and Genetec access control and video systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults, keeping downtime minimal in 24/7 clinical and data center environments
• Carry out preventive maintenance across access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems
• Pull, terminate and test cabling for new installs and upgrades
• Document all installation and service activity accurately
• Travel to client sites across the region as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on installing and servicing enterprise electronic security systems
• Hands-on Lenel OnGuard and Genetec Security Center experience (required)
• Experience in healthcare and/or data center environments preferred
• IP networking for security devices (PoE, VLANs, IP addressing)
• Based within ~30 miles of Austin or San Antonio
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
