ADRM is a leading physical security consulting firm delivering data-driven risk management for financial services, biotech, critical infrastructure, and higher education. We seek a Security Infrastructure Engineer embedded with clients to own health, performance, and improvements of enterprise security systems.

You will collaborate with client security, facilities, IT, and integrators to ensure doors, readers, cameras, and platforms operate at peak potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience valued.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise physical security systems (Access Control and VMS) in corporate, campus, critical infrastructure, or systems integrator environments.
• Manufacturer certifications in leading platforms preferred; ASIS PSP a plus.
• Experience with security system implementations and commissioning from floor plans and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with visitor management and intrusion detection platforms.
• IT knowledge supporting security platforms (Windows Server, AD, IP networking, VLANs, PoE, VMs).

Responsabilidades

• Own daily administration, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise Access Control and Video Management Systems across client environments.
• Configure and maintain cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, door configurations, alarms, and camera settings.
• Troubleshoot security hardware end-to-end with integrators on field repairs.
• Manage service tickets end-to-end with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver reports on system health and performance trends for client leadership.
• Collaborate with ADRM teams and client IT for successful implementations and upgrades.
• Identify risks and opportunities across client security platforms before they become issues.
• Represent ADRM in client meetings with credibility and clear communication.
• Support project management during system deployments and transitions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel to client sites as needed.
