Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator.
  • Must have or obtain 10+ hours of Fidelis training within the last 12 months.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required.

Job description

An active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required for consideration for this role. Additionally, an active CI Polygraph or willingness to pass a CI Polygraph exam is required. Work is to be performed 100% onsite with our Government Customer.

What You’ll Get To Do:
  1. Work individually or in a small integrated team to develop innovative solutions to enable secure and reliable operations of enterprise computer systems.
  2. Develop new concepts and processes, analyze root causes, and resolve complex issues using industry knowledge.
  3. Perform systems administration of cyber tools sets and server systems across multiple classification domains.
  4. Support developmental and operational systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices.
  5. Install, configure, and manage operating system and application software as necessary.
  6. Support Linux & Windows systems engineering efforts in system design, evaluation, solution engineering, software development, or system administration.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator.
  • Experience with installing/configuring devices, applications, and security tools including Fidelis.
  • Must have or obtain 10+ hours of Fidelis training within the last 12 months, with a completion certificate.
  • Ability to analyze and respond to Fidelis system logs, security logs, and other events to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience maintaining, deploying, and configuring Fidelis DLP & XPS appliances.
  • Experience with Linux servers, including OS and application management, patching, and updates.
  • Basic Linux command line skills and ability to perform remote updates via SSH.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Educational qualifications: HS diploma or GED with 7+ years of supporting IT projects, Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, including CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days of hire.
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server maintenance.
  • Prior experience as a SOC analyst, Hunt analyst, or DLP analyst, or using Fidelis DLP in an administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience automating deployments and configuration management.
  • Network administration or systems engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, network layers, application frameworks, database systems, vendor solutions.
  • Familiarity with Git, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and diagramming tools like Visio.
  • Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification.
