F5, Inc. is seeking a Security Support Engineer III in Seattle, WA.

Job Duties:
  • Assist customers with a wide array of issues, from simple to complex.
  • Analyze customer issues and coordinate with engineering teams for solutions.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat & ticketing systems.
  • Communicate complex networking and security concepts to customers at different levels of experience and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Product Management teams to incorporate customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide first response for customer issues related to security, DevOps, and other engineering areas.
  • Telecommuting is an option; some travel to F5 offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three (3) months of experience in a related role or field.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $108,949.19 to $151,825.00 annually. Benefits include competitive pay, 401k, and more. Details at F5 Benefits.
